Sandblost

Maya's two-pen sandblaster is designed and built using the latest technology. Using the law of ventometry in the tank housings this sandblast greatly reduces the consumption of aluminum oxide. Besides, the nozzles of this device are made of tungsten carbide. 
The working box (ventilator) of the device is designed in such a way that the user has the best view while working. Also, high quality COBs have been used to illuminate the inside of the box.

See brightly and clearly
Producing optimum work requires a perfect view of the object. Thanks to a brightly illuminated blasting chamber with special daylight LED throughout (2000 Lux) Greater contrasts and clearer differences can be seen on the illuminated object. The ideal balance between diffuse and directed light ensures the best contour and detail recognition. Ergonomic hose routing guarantees clear viewing conditions and the color-coded system on the tank lids, the tank positioning, nozzles and tank selection switch make the unit very easy to operate.

Ensure quality with precision
The uniformity of abrasive flow, abrasive power and jet pattern is essential. The special nozzle geometry and mixing chamber technology enable highly focused sandblasting. This allows you to achieve uniform, reproducible surface conditioning ensuring perfect bonding properties and therefore visibly higher quality

Instructions
1.    Connect the output pipe from the air pump to the inlet of the gauge.
2.    Connect the gauge output to the pedal input.
3.    Connect the output of the pedal to the inlet of the ventilator box which is placed behind the sandblaster.
4.    Pour special sandblasting powder into the tank housing according to the measurements written on the tank housing door.
5.    Connect the power cable to the power input of the device.
6.    Turn the switch inside the ventilator compartment to select the nozzles for sandblasting in one of the left or right positions, depending on the nozzle you intend to work with. Note that if the switch is towards the gold color, the left nozzle will be activated and if it is towards the green color, the right nozzle will be activated.
7.    After completing all the steps mentioned above, you can use the device for sandblasting by pressing the pedal.

Warning
1.    The machine should be properly grounded.
2.    Please strictly follow the instructions.
3.    Do not reuse sandblasted sand.
4.    Avoid spraying directly on the skin.
5.    Be sure to wear protective glasses when working.
6.    Use the size of sand specified on the lid of the tank housing. 
7.    Make sure the compressor air is free of moisture and oil.
8.    The housing tank door must be completely closed when working.
